Is Resentment Harming Your Relationship? FREE Gift to Release It Now

Warning: This Gift Might Be The Best Relationship Gift You’ll Ever Get

Whether you are married, dating or divorced resentment will affect you and your relationship current or future if you do not release it.

What is Resentment?

Resentment is a sense of unfairness – that you are not getting enough attention, consideration, affection, reward or appreciation that you deserve for aspects of your life and relationship.

It’s a mental process of repetitively replaying a feeling, and the events leading up to it, that angers us. It often starts off as a mild form of anger, but overtime builds and builds until it reaches an alarming level. It can be far more destructive to health, romance, and happiness than anger, though, because it stays with us for longer. Built-up resentment can manifest itself in ill-health: headaches, stomach pains, IBS and gastric ulcers, depression, exhaustion, back pain, neck pain and insomnia, so claim your gift to free yourself today – read on for more details.

First, let’s establish whether you are holding on to any resentment. Answer the following questions as truthfully as possible.

• Do you often question why your husband/wife lover/ex treats you in the way that they do?

• Do you get annoyed or frustrated because you believe that you give, and do more in your relationship?

• Do you make negative or critical comments about your partner or ex?

• Do you think about how you can get payback against your partner or ex for something they have said or done?

• Do you mention past events or things your husband/wife/ex has said to punish them?

If you answered yes to any of these questions then it is likely that resentment, at some level, is present. Resentment causes problems in relationships because it is a silent killer of closeness, love and friendship. The good news with the right actions you can let go of resentment and free yourself from the emotional burden and agitation. Normally I spend 2 hours or longer to help couples really let it go, today I am going to give you one of my secret weapons to release resentment for free – that’s my forgive and let go meditation track.

It is easy to say to yourself “I must let this go and move on” if you are anything like me, you often think you have let it go… until something comes up and you explode either outwardly or inwardly and resentment floods your being. That’s often because whilst you may tell yourself to focus on the future, your subconscious mind doesn’t want you to forget, it thinks it is trying to protect you by holding on to it. Which is why this free gift is designed to do exactly that, speak to your subconscious mind and allow you to release any resentments for a loving relationship.

Experts say that 80-90% of our behaviour is driven by our subconscious mind, I have no clue how they work that out, but regardless even if it’s 10% it’s worth trying this audio right?
For the sake of your relationship current or future, you want to be able to live in the moment, not the past.

There are two more reasons why we often need some support to let resentment go and why I spend a few hours within individuals to break free from the darkness of it, whether they are saving their marriage or moving on after divorce.

Resentment Can Sit With Us For Longer

Anger is often an intense feeling that only lasts a short time when we let it out. Anger is usually triggered by a specific event or behaviour, this means we can often release it by expressing it or receiving an apology. Resentment is normally towards someone rather than a one off incident, so harder to move on from, leaving it to sit with us. Also the more we hold it in, the more intense it becomes. If you think about it, it’s practically impossible to make things fair in close relationships, as what is fair is so subjective. Therefore the solution to becoming free from resentment has to come from us, not from things your partner or ex-has to change.

Chains of Resentment

As stated above the issue with resentment is that it is never about one thing. It’s often about a person and the unjustness of their behaviour in the way they treat you. For that reason, resentment is linked to several aspects of a person’s behaviour. You may, for example, resent your partner for being dishonest but you will also be quick to relate this to their other perceived behaviours such as; lateness, lack of affection and any other annoying habits. You may then accumulate them all to mean the same thing like “they don’t care about me” Or “I come last” In essence everything you identify to be unfair towards you get’s linked like a chain.

This chain is very damaging to relationships because trivial things become BIG issues and over-reactions become common. You may get agitated, annoyed or withdraw when seemingly small things aren’t done. This often shocks both in the couple, yet they feel powerless to change it. We overreact because of the chain, as we re-live the experience of all the unfairness with one small thing. This is where one behaviour carries the weight of the whole chain, even though it is just one link.

I use 5 methods to say goodbye to past resentment and tools to not let things build for couples or parents co-parenting after divorce. I hope you check out one of these methods today and listen to my free forgive and let go meditation hypnotherapy track.

Only you can break the vicious cycle of resentment, focusing on what your partner must change will have a limited effect. Whilst you may think them changing or making amends to be the most obvious solution to your resentment, it is rarely effective. Because the resentment is still likely to be ingrained in you.
